- Show only suspended orders assigned to manager
- Show all suspended orders with hierarchy
- Show all suspended orders less than manager approval level
Shopper
Admin has the ability to delete Shoppers. You can also click on the Shopper e-mail to do the following:
- Assign or change password, e-mail, or name of shopper
- Select a role for employee: Shopper, Manager, or Admin
- Select a Manager for a Shopper
- Set approval limit, default address, and default shipping method for Shopper
- Hide pricing from Shopper
- Give access to view invoices, past purchases, open orders, open quotes, and open accounts receivable

Shopper Approvals
Manager shoppers (and administrators) have a feature on their My Account page called Suspended
Orders. This feature allows them to search for and approve suspended orders. Orders are suspended
any time a regular shopper goes over the amount they are allowed on a single order.
