The 209Z series light duty caster comes in bright zinc plated standard. Options include swivel, rigid and total clock casters. Wheel sizes are 3×1, 4×1 and 5×1” wide Light duty wheel. The 300S series are polished, 304 grade, stainless steel casters, designed to prevent rust and corrosion in the most demanding wet, damp, and corrosive environments. Stainless steel is impervious to repeated washings, thereby reducing maintenance and providing longer caster life. The 319S series are an economically efficient, 304 grade stainless steel caster option. Designed to prevent rust and corrosion in the most demanding wet, damp, and corrosive environments. All component metal parts including ball bearings, axle, nut, spanner bushing and dust cap are stainless steel. Zerk fitting and high temp grease options available.

510Z Series – Medium Duty

Capacity: Up to 1200lbs

The 510Z Series are equipped with a cold formed top plate, yoke and button are all heat treated to prevent brinelling, improve swivel action and increase service life. Top plate and legs are 1/4″ steel. Legs are formed for increased strength and continuously welded to yoke. All swivel sections are equipped with a lubrication fitting for field maintenance. Notched yokes are standard.

This series has been used in a wide variety of industrial caster applications for many years and are the backbone of the Material Handling Industry. The load ratings fit a wide variety of manufacturing and warehousing uses. This medium duty caster series is designed for use on scrap bins, parts boxes, dollies and racks.

The 520R series have an impressive brass coating on the rigs. They are all about looks but equally its function, so they stand out in its class. They are typically found in the hotel industry and used on bellman carts.
