Maxi-Duty dual wheel casters are built on Hamilton’s proven Spinfinity® Maxi-Duty platform—renowned for strength and reliability. Like all Spinfinity® Series casters, this line is 100% maintenance-free thanks to a sealed swivel raceway and precision-sealed ball bearings. The top plate and inner raceway are hot-forged from a single piece of steel, delivering superior performance under shock loads. To support higher speeds and extreme loads, engineers reinforced the design with a heavy-duty “V-Style” swivel seal, thicker legs, larger axles, and massive double-stacked precision ball bearings.

  • Swivel Construction
    Best of Breed Kingpinless – forged steel top plate and fork base; 1/2″ x 5″ precision laser cut steel legs welded inside and outside to forged steel horn base.
  • Load Bearing
    7″ diameter CNC-machined and hardened raceway with 5/8″ balls.
  • Product Finish
    Powder Coated – Caster rigs are powder coated with Hamilton’s Platinum Powder, a metallic HAA Polyester providing a premium look and excellent durability for both interior and exterior environments.
  • Sealed Swivel Construction
    The forged ring is cnc-machined with a precision groove to accept a large seal made from Nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR) designed to keep grease in and contaminants out.
  • Axle
    1 1/4″, 1 1/2″ or 2″ diameter grade 5 hex head with slotted nut and cotter pin.
