Spinfinity® Super Endurance Caster Series (ZFSEC) is Hamilton’s next-generation solution, replacing the legacy SEC Series with a superior kingpinless design engineered for extra heavy-duty applications.
Like its predecessor, the ZFSEC’s swivel top plate and inner raceway are forged from high-strength steel, delivering exceptional durability and impact resistance under shock-loading conditions.
This upgraded series introduces a robust new V-Style swivel seal that offers enhanced protection against dirt, debris, and moisture—extending caster life and ensuring consistent performance in the harshest environments.
Heavy-duty precision ball bearings are now standard in all wheels. Paired with the sealed swivel raceway, every ZFSEC caster is zero-fix—100% maintenance-free. Zerk fittings have been eliminated entirely, reducing maintenance costs and minimizing downtime for industrial users.

Best of Breed Kingpinless – forged steel top plate and fork base; formed steel legs welded inside and outside to forged steel horn base. - Load Bearing
3 5/8″ diameter CNC-machined and hardened raceway with 1/2″ balls. - Sealed Swivel Construction
The forged ring is CNC-machined with a v-shaped seal made from FKM elastomer to retain grease and contaminants out. Zero Fix Spinfinity® = Maintenance-Free. - Product Finish
Powder Coated – Caster rigs are powder coated with Hamilton’s new Platinum Powder, a metallic HAA Polyester providing a premium look and excellent durability for both interior and exterior environments. - Axle
