Jarvis 30-40 Series
The Jarvis 30-40 Series Casters feature a variety of attachments, and support capacities up to 325 pounds each. Designed with heavy gauge cold-rolled steel, bright zinc plating to resist rust and corrosion. All swivel models feature dust cap which protects swivel raceway bearings and improves performance. Double ball bearing with hardened raceways. Includes 3/8″ diameter axle bolt with lock nut, a King Pin from 1/2″ steel rivet, hydraulically upset. 3S Series standard with Hollow Kingpins, designed to accept a 3/8″ diameter bolt or other stem type.
Jarvis S30-S40 Series
Jarvis S30-40 Series Stainless Steel Casters feature a variety of attachments, and support capacities up to 325 pounds each. Polished grade 304 stainless steel is designed to prevent rust and corrosion in the most demanding wet, damp, and corrosive environments. Stainless steel is impervious to repeated washings, thereby reducing maintenance and providing longer caster life. All swivel models feature dust cap which protects swivel raceway bearings and improves performance. Comes with stainless steel grade 440 ball bearings with hardened double raceway construction. Bearings are magnetic. Includes 3/8″ diameter stainless steel axle bolt with lock nut, a King Pin from 1/2″ stainless steel rivet, hydraulically upset. Grease Temperature Range: -45ºF to +260ºF.
PosiLoc® Brake
Durable, Toe-Activated Braking The PosiLoc® Brake offers strong, toe-activated wheel locking for a wide range of wheel types and tread surfaces. Made from stainless steel with a thermoplastic pedal, it ensures easy operation and long-lasting performance. Locks the wheel only.
VertiLoc® Brake
Reliable Side-Action Wheel Brake The VertiLoc® Brake uses a cam-action mechanism to apply pressure across the full wheel tread. It locks the wheel without affecting swivel motion. All-steel construction delivers consistent, dependable braking in demanding environments.
Swivel Lock
Secure Directional Control Add a Swivel Lock for precise control. This factory-installed, hand-operated plunger locks the swivel at 180° in the trailing position while allowing the wheel to roll freely. The spring-loaded mechanism includes a secure clip for reliable engagement.
