RWM 2-125 Series – Ultra Heavy Duty, Kingpinless™ Painted, Dual Wheel

RWM’s 2-125 Series Kingpinless™ Dual Wheel Casters feature all of the benefits of their patented Kingpinless™ raceway and offer twice the capacity load. Dual wheel casters offer high weight capacities with minimal overall heights, better load distribution, floor protection and mobility than single wheel casters. This is a result of spreading the weight over a wider floor area while offering wheel differential action, resulting in less friction between the wheels and the floor, requiring less effort for the caster to swivel. RWM’s 2-125 Series Casters are proudly made in the USA!

Features

Raceway Design: Patented Kingpinless™ single ball bearing precision machined raceway hardened to 53 Rockwell C. minimum. 7″ diameter raceway with 3/4″ diameter ball bearings.

Capacity: Up to 40000 lbs.

Leg Thickness: 1/2″ thick including the center leg

Axle: 1-1/4″ bolt with rotation prevent lug on leg and slotted nut adjustment

Finish: Laguna Blue powder coat

Wheels: Wheels are either 4″, 5″ or 6″ wide depending upon diameter and wheel type. Roller bearing wheels are equipped with a bearing which rotates on hardened and ground spanners. Tapered bearing wheels have a 1-1/4″ I.D. tapered bearing which rotate directly on a 1- 1/4″ axle. All wheels have lubrication fittings.

Mounting Plate Size: 8-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ x 1/2

Bolt Hole Spacing: 7″ x 7

Mounting Bolt Diameter: 5/8”

BRAKES: Add PCWB – Polycam Wheel Brake. (see 3D model below)

SWIVEL LOCKS: Add SL for a weld-on swivel lock, or DSL for a demountable swivel lock. (see 3D models below)

LUBRICATIONS: HT – High Temperature Lubrication, LT – Low Temperature Lubrication

FINISHES: HTP – High Temperature Paint, ZP – Zinc Plated

YOKES, GUARDS, SEALS AND OPTIONS: FG – Foot Guard, SR – Sealed Raceways, SWP – Sweeper Brush, WS – Wheel Seals
