V-Grooved Casters operate on inverted angle iron tracks for an effective and economical approach to elevate loads off the ground and facilitate production-line operations. The inclusion of a relief groove in the “V” ensures even weight distribution and enables the wheels and track to maintain a self-cleaning function, while a partially flat tread allows for direct rolling on floors.

These V-Grooved wheels are constructed entirely from cast iron and are available with either plain bore or straight roller bearings. Additionally, certain models provide precision tapered roller bearings to enhance capacity and performance. It is important to note that proper adjustment of tapered bearings is essential to eliminate any side-to-side movement of the wheels. To simplify the alignment of tracks, directional control can be achieved by employing a single track on one side, paired with flat-tread wheels of equivalent height on the opposite side.
